In addition to the production processes, we partner with all the processes of our customers from the moment the first seeds of their ideas are planted and all the way to the final products. In these processes, we prov ide design services to meet the demands of our customers a nd we provide the supply of raw materials that will bring their projects to life. We have a reliable supply network from which we supply materials and we complete the purchasing process from approve d suppliers by ensuring the controls of the quality requirements specific to the raw materials.

Fully Automatic Typesetting Machines

SMD Typesetting

The SMD process for your products is carried out with h igh capacity/fast machines and equipments, IPC trained personnel in the ESD protected working area. The SMD process includes the following processes;

• Cream soldering application is performed with a DEK Screen printer. Leaded and lead-free cream solders are used in accordance with the quality and IPC standards according to the demand of our customers.

• The SMD process is carried out on 2 high-capacity, fully automatic typesetting machines. Our production line has wide typesetting capability up to 0.3mm leg spacing microprocessor, BGA, Micro BGA, QFN, CSP SMD Connectors to 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805 Inch and larger chips and SOP, SOT, PLCC type components.

• Electronic cards that have completed the SMD process are reflow soldered in an 8 + 2 furnace in accordance with the received heat profile. Nitrogen baking is also carried out according to customer demand.

• Our production line is also suitable for the typesetting of flexible printing circuit boards.

• 100% quality control is carried out in accordance with IPC Standards for your products whose SMD typesetting has been completed. Our quality control processes are carried out under AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) and microscope.

Through-Hole Typesetting

Through Hole typesetting for your products is carried out in an ESD protected workspace with IPC trained personnel. The Through Hole typesetting process includes the following processes;

• In accordance with the documents of our customers, the Through Hole Typesetting is performed by our qualified personnel with ESD soldering irons.

• In line with the demands of our customers, leaded or lead-free wire solder is used in accordance with quality and IPC standards.

• During the production process, flexible production and changes can be made in accordance with the customer's request.

• 100% quality control is performed on the cards whose TH Typesetting is completed.

Material Supply

We provide the r aw materials you need to realize your projects from approved suppliers on time.

Material supply includes the following processes;
 

• Supplier performances are evaluated after each customer order by taking into account logistics, quality and price policy considerations. Approved suppliers are updated in accordance with the evaluation results.

• The raw materials purchased for use in the typesetting process can be stored in our own structure in accordance with customer demand.

• Material tracking is carried out with the ERP system.

• Material purchase is made in accordance with the quality requirements and specifications determined in the Introduction Quality Control Plan.

• The purchased materials are approved during the entry quality control process, checked that there are no counterfeit parts and accepted to the warehouse.

In line with the needs and demands of our customers, designs are made in accordance with quality and IPC standards and quality requirements. The design processes include the following steps;

• Design consultancy is provided.

• The current due diligence, analysis and final report are being prepared.

• New product design and improved design of the existing product are being carried out.

• In software solutions, first of all, current solutions for embedded systems are planned and implemented.

• By recording our processes with work orders and quality control forms, retrospective traceability is provided to our customers with the ERP system.

Quality Assurance
