Our surface mount assembly services are carried out in ESD-protected production areas using high-capacity, fully automated placement machines. All processes are planned in accordance with IPC standards, and production steps are customized to meet the quality requirements of each project.
From the initial stage of electronic board assembly to final inspection, every operation is configured based on the product design, application area, and production objectives. This approach ensures sustainable quality in mass production.
As the first step of the SMD assembly process, solder paste printing is performed using DEK screen printer systems. During printing, the volume and distribution of the solder paste are precisely controlled to ensure an optimal surface for component placement.
Depending on customer requirements, either leaded or lead-free solder paste can be used in compliance with quality and IPC standards, ensuring both environmental and technical compatibility.
PCB assembly operations are performed on two high-speed, fully automated pick-and-place machines. Our production line supports a wide range of component types and sizes.
Chip components such as 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, and 0805 inch sizes, as well as SOP, SOT, and PLCC components; microprocessors with 0.3 mm pitch, BGA, Micro BGA, QFN, and CSP components are placed with high accuracy. This setup ensures both precision and speed in SMT assembly processes.
After SMD placement, electronic boards are soldered in 8+2 zone reflow ovens according to defined thermal profiles. Temperature control and timing are carefully managed to ensure reliable solder joints.
An optional nitrogen reflow soldering process is also available upon request, reducing oxidation and improving solder quality for high-precision applications.
Our production infrastructure is not limited to standard printed circuit boards. It is also suitable for the assembly of flexible PCBs, allowing us to provide electronic assembly solutions for specialized designs across various industries.
All products that complete the surface mount assembly process undergo 100% quality control in accordance with IPC standards. Inspections are supported by AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) systems and manual microscopic checks.
