Quality is the foundation of all our operations across electronic assembly, design development, and raw material supply processes. To ensure that the services we deliver to our customers are consistent, reliable, and compliant with international standards, our quality management system is structured and continuously improved.
Within this framework, our quality management processes are implemented in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and are fully digitized and managed through our ERP infrastructure. Digital process monitoring enhances operational control, minimizes the risk of errors, and ensures the sustainability of service quality.
Customer feedback, along with data obtained from production and quality control processes, is regularly analyzed to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This approach ensures ongoing compliance with quality standards while consistently increasing customer satisfaction.
Traceability is maintained throughout all stages, starting from the design phase and extending through material procurement, production, assembly, and quality control processes. Each step is carried out in a planned and controlled manner, with all processes systematically documented.
In line with customer requirements, project-specific labeling systems are used to enable detailed tracking of production and quality processes. All operations performed on electronic boards are made traceable through customer-defined identification labels.
Work orders, quality control forms, and production records are managed through the ERP system, providing customers with full retrospective traceability. This structure ensures process transparency and fully meets quality assurance and reporting requirements.
